The hotel was appealing and extremely comfy, and the staff were excellent, greatly enjoyed the lovely location near the metro station and main area and many restaurants, shops and public transport and Berlin main international station. The bathroom in our standard queen room was spacious. The service was good. In addition, they offered private parking onsite. Our stay there was really nice.

The friendliness of the front desk staff, they were very helpful, and accommodating.
The value for the room was not what we expected. For the price we were charged the internet and the breakfast they both should have been included. The entrance to the hotel is very shabby and run down, I would be embarrassed if I owned this hotel!

The hotel was pleasant and ideal for my trip. the rooms were heated, spacious, and provided ample sleeping space, fresh towels, and a balcony. - the personnel were reasonably good. - the hotel staff recommended a nearby restaurant that offered a cheaper breakfast option.

Room 92 too small. Internet should be free, especially if you want to attract more business travellers.

the location was excellent - very close to U-bahn - in the centre - but in "the old luxury area on the west - very close to Ku'damm. Spacious, very clean, recently renovated room
there was renovation in the hotel lobby - but it didn't bother me at all...lack of computer room...

breakfast till 11 is a very positive aspect of the service
it would be so much better if there was free internet access. Charging extra fee for wireless would be the only reason for me not to choose this hotel again.
